Meeting of working subgroups of tripartite contact group on situation in eastern Ukraine starts in Minsk

A regular meeting of the working subgroups of the tripartite contact group on the situation in eastern Ukraine has started in Minsk. The main topic of discussion is the exchange of prisoners. At the previous meeting in Minsk on December 5, the parties pledged to make an exchange before the New Year holidays and stressed the need for strict compliance with the ceasefire.
