Today, a meeting will be held between Kurt Volker, the US Special Representative for Ukraine, and a Russian representative. The discussion will be focused on the issues of the Russian-Ukrainian relations. The name of the Russian diplomat has not been announced yet.
After the meeting in the Belarusian capital, Volker will go to Vilnius. In Lithuania, he is expected to meet with high-ranking government officials to discuss further actions in Ukraine. Then, the politician will go to Kiev, where he will join US Defense Secretary James Mattis and discuss the next steps in the diplomatic negotiations.
