Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine to meet in Minsk

7 июня 2017

The Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine is expected to focus on security issues at today’s meeting in Minsk. In May, the parties to the conflict agreed on a ceasefire prior to Children's Day. However, the truce did not last long. It is planned to negotiate the date for prisoner exchange. In addition, the profile subgroup will discuss mine clearance processes, the opening of new security zones, the possibility of introducing an OSCE police mission in Donbas and the launch of the Zolotoye checkpoint.
