Negotiations of tripartite contact group held in Minsk today

Negotiations of the tripartite contact group on the settlement of the situation in Eastern Ukraine are held in Minsk today. The main attention is focused on security issues and the exchange of prisoners. The topic of the cease-fire was the main topic at the last meeting in Minsk. A few days ago in Ukraine, the law on the re-integration of Donbas came into effect. The law gives the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko the right to use armed forces within the state without the consent of the parliament.
