Official Ukrainian delegation arrives in Minsk today

The delegation is headed by Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Alexander Popov. The agenda includes business negotiations with the Minsk Mayor, visits to a number of enterprises, as well as honoring the Great Patriotic War veterans who took part in the liberation of Kiev. In the morning the guests have honored the memory of the fallen soldiers and laid wreaths at the monument in Victory Square.
