The visa-free regime with China can come into force within a month. Today, the Belarusian parliament has ratified the agreement with China on visa-free travel.
Belarus and China signed the document in early June. However, ratification in both countries was required.
Belarusian citizens with ordinary passports will be able to enter China without a visa for up to 30 days for no more than 90 days during a year. A similar rule will apply to Chinese citizens.
Before the end of the summer, Belarus expects to receive a credit rating to offer its state bonds on the financial market of China. It is expected that our country will take advantage of this opportunity until early next year. Representatives of the Chinese agency will come to Belarus to make an assessment.
