Participants of the contact group and thematic subgroups will discuss implementation of the Minsk agreements on peaceful settlement of the conflict in the Donbass.
Traditionally, among the central issues is the discussion of security in the region. Earlier, the decision was made on a new ceasefire from midnight on 25 August. Probably, this time the parties will again raise the issue of water supplies in the territory of the self-proclaimed republics.
