A new stage in the election campaign in Belarus has begun today: the potential candidates for deputies started registration. There are 703 nominees for deputy seats. Now they're counting signatures in support of the applicants. The most active struggle for voters is expected in Brest: in Eastern District, nine people applied for registration. The documents will have to be carefully checked. Those who are okay with them will receive the official status of a candidate for deputy. The registration process is a step-by-step process, which will be completed on 17 October.
