The trilateral contact group on resolving the situation in Ukraine's east is preparing the matter of absolute armistice, said the OSCE's special representative in the trilateral contact group on Ukraine Martin Sajdik. “We are preparing the matter. But the decision has not been made yet,” said the OSCE's special representative in the trilateral contact group on Ukraine in Minsk. Taking care of security and essential living conditions for the civilian population is one of the key tasks of the trilateral contact group as it looks for a peaceful way out of the conflict in Ukraine's east. The diplomat also drew attention to recent reports about an ambulance under fire. He urged the sides to strictly observe the international principles of immunity of medical personnel.
