The Belarusian Innovation Fund for cooperation with Skolkovo Fund will be created by the end of the year, said the State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota at the session of the Union State Council of Ministers. The participants have discussed practically all aspects of the Union State development and talked about equal conditions for the citizens of both countries in the field of education, cooperation in nuclear energy and joint use of GLONASS navigation system. The participants of the meeting exchanged their opinions on fuel and energy balance, property of the Union State and priorities of its development for the mid-term perspective. These issues will be discussed at the oncoming session of Russia-Belarus Council of Ministers.
