Minsk hosting Day 2 of meeting of Interstate Antimonopoly Policy Council

Today, Minsk is hosting the second day of the meeting of the Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy. Experts will discuss common approaches to determine violations of competition law. Prevention institutions need to be set up which will help avoid fines. These approaches are also fixed in the new law of Belarus "On Counteracting Monopolistic Activities". It comes in force in August. It is based on the recommendations of the Interstate Council, which has been working for a quarter of a century.

Based on the results of work in Minsk today, the Interstate Council will adopt a plan of action for the next two years.
