Minsk to host new round of talks on Donbass today

The meeting of the tripartite contact group is taking place at the moment. Such questions are considered as the ways of implementation of the Minsk agreements in the sphere of security, preparation for prisoner exchange, restoration of infrastructure and creation of safety zones. Today, the issues of settlement of the situation in the east of Ukraine were discussed by Foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Makei and Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office in the Tripartite Contact Group Martin Sajdik. Vladimir Makei stressed the readiness of the Belarusian side to further contribute to the work of the Tripartite Contact Group.
