The speeches of candidates for deputies will last no more than three minutes on the radio-air. As it was stated at the CEC meeting, the allotted time is enough to tell about oneself and about specific steps that a candidate intends to do in the interests of the voters. However, head of the CEC Lydia Yermoshina notes that in the future it is necessary to move away from speeches on the radio.
