Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus:

"First of all, I would like to hear from you an unbiased assessment of the work of the Ministry of Industry over the current period. I am interested not only in production, exports, stocks, but first of all in finance. We agreed with Putin that it's time for us to develop the microelectronics industry. We have to develop more intensively in this respect, add more, in order to reach a competitive level with the market leaders today."

Belarusian industry today means 145,000 jobs. The output grew by 115%, and exports went up by 140 points. Profitability is also on the rise with a surplus of nearly $1.5 billion.

Fugitives, who left for Poland and Lithuania keep repeating "strike, strike" like a well-learned mantra. Moreover, they demand to stop not the shipyard in Gdansk or Warsaw tile or Vilnius machine-tool works, but Belarusian plants, where people work peacefully and have never heard about the "strike".

Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus:

"I want to say that we simply do not have the right to fall, whatever it may cost us. I know you've taken a number of decisions in the government to minimize the Western sanctions on our economy."
