The session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council is held at the moment in the State Residence of the Armenian President. The agenda includes about a dozen and a half issues related to finance, energy, international projects. Belarus is expected to table an initiative related to the amount of customs duties, a sensitive issue, the parties have failed to agree on so far. Elimination of trade restrictions and exclusions will be discussed as well. President Lukashenko is going to announce Belarus' position on the most relevant issues. In 2020, Belarus will take on the chairmanship in the EAEU.
