Participants of the Contact Group on the situation in Ukraine have agreed on the truce in the Donbass from midnight on December 23. The parties confirm the desire to exchange prisoners before the Christmas and New Year holidays. They also express a common commitment to the full implementation of the Minsk agreements. The meeting also stresses the need to issue or resume orders, which include disciplinary measures for violating the ceasefire.
