Meeting with Iran’s Ambassador, Speaker of the House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko announced plans for involving Belarusian and Iranian deputies in the activities of the Belarusian-Iranian commission for economic cooperation. Minsk and Tehran hope to pass the milestone of 140 million dollars in mutual trade this year.
Belarus and Iran will mark the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations in March. The countries’ productive cooperation can also be observed within international organizations.
