This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus at the UN General Assembly. Vladimir Makei also called for putting an end to the Cold War, which did not end with the adoption of a peace treaty, causing global political instability on the planet.

Vladimir Makei, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus: "We suggest that key global" players ", first of all China, Russia, the United States, the states of the European Union, began a dialogue on the strategic vision of new constructive relations. The Republic of Belarus, for its part, is ready to provide a platform for dialogue. We are ready to fulfill this task as responsibly as Belarus has been doing in recent years as part of efforts to resolve the crisis in Ukraine. Minsk is ready to become a "bridge".

According to Makei, the agreements on the results of such an international dialogue can contribute to the end of the Cold War and thus reverse the "trend of growing political fragmentation in the world".
