Another round of negotiations of the Tripartite Contact Group on the settlement of the situation in eastern Ukraine will be held in Minsk today. The agenda includes a discussion of additional measures to observe the truce at the time of harvest.
The parties agreed on the so-called bread truce on 27 June. The ceasefire in the region entered into force on 1 July. It provides for the renunciation of offensives and intelligence operations, as well as the non-use of fire, including retaliatory fire.
