Mikhail Babich appointed new ambassador of Russia in Belarus

By another decree, the Russian leader appointed him special representative for the development of trade and economic cooperation with our country. Earlier Babich was the plenipotentiary representative of the Russian President in Privolzhsky Federal District. At the new post, Babich replaced Alexander Surikov, who was Russia's ambassador to Belarus since 2006.
