Now the last plenary sessions are being held. One of the sessions is dedicated to the Eurasian Economic Union. Its prospects, as well as financial security, may be reflected in the final declaration. The document is going to be accepted after the negotiations. In addition, experts propose to discuss gaps in security regimes in Eastern Europe. The majority of participants note the absence of alternatives to Minsk Dialogue.

Tony van der Togt, Senior Research Fellow of Netherlands Institute of International Relations Clingendael:

"We have no alternative, we will in any case come to something thanks to this dialogue. I have already participated in similar dialogues between the EU and Russian experts. It is always necessary to involve the government in such dialogues, sometimes it is not easy. You know about the Ukrainian conflict and the information war that engulfed the world. Today we call this a hybrid conflict. Because of this, so many different spheres suffer, we need to stop and think about what to do about it. "

Minsk Dialogue gathered under one roof about 400 experts from 50 countries. Among them are OSCE Secretary General Thomas Grainger, NATO officials, specialists from leading research centers in Europe and the United States.
