This was announced today by the Belarusian Foreign Minister following the talks with Ecuadorian counterpart Maria Fernanda Espinosa Garces.
Today, an agreement on cooperation in the sphere of culture was signed. From the Belarusian side, the document was signed by Minister of Culture Yury Bondar.
