Accreditation of foreign media for the coverage of the electoral campaign was carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. More than 300 journalists from 27 countries worked in Belarus.
The Foreign Ministry of Belarus expresses confidence that the Belarusian authorities have taken a number of actions to increase the transparency of the election process and ensure full access of journalists to the electoral process.
