The number of violations of the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine has significantly decreased. OSCE Special Representative Martin Sajdik stated this after the meeting of the tripartite contact group in Minsk.

The black list includes books by Eduard Limonov, Zakhar Prilepin and Alexander Dugin. Previously, official Kiev imposed sanctions on the news agency Russia Today and blocked access to a number of Internet resources.
