The Secretary of CEC held an educational seminar for the heads of district electoral commissions in Vitebsk Region.
The next stage of the election will be district electoral commissions. Nikolai Lozovik informed that transparent ballot boxes will be installed in all precincts.
Nikolai Lozovik, spokesman of the CEC: "The most important is creation of favorable working conditions for the initiative groups. The collectors of signatures should feel no limitations and freely communicate with people."
Nikolai Lozovik informed that this year special voting facilities will be created for visually-impaired electors.
