The trade turnover between Belarus and Russia in the first quarter of this year is already showing an increase of 32%. Against the background of sanctions pressure from the West, the Russian government will support all trade and cooperation ties through cooperation in the CIS and the EAEU. This was announced today at the meeting of the Inter-parliamentary Commission of the Federation Council and the Council of the Republic. Online meeting took place within the framework of the eighth Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia. Among the prospects voiced are the new digital service of the EAEU "Work without Borders", as well as the opportunity to increase the volume of export of Belarusian goods through Russian sea ports.
Today the Forum also discussed issues of ecology and rational use of natural resources.
