Minsk became a platform for another significant international event that contributes to the strengthening of stability in the region. Delegations from the countries of the Central European Initiative have arrived in the Belarusian capital to attend a meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the alliance.
Belarus this year presides at CEI, and this can be called a historic event for our country.
In the format of the Central European Initiative, Belarus has been working on migration law for 15 years, our border is one of the safest in the EU. Our contribution to the organization is the program for the development of human capital in education, employment, mobility, and scientific development.
In addition, Belarus is among the five most active participants in CEI joint projects, from ecology to logistics. Many of the initiatives put forward by Minsk are relevant and timely. For example, the creation of information exchange system to ensure geopolitical security.
