Security in the region to be discussed by speakers of Eurasian parliaments

The fourth meeting of speakers of the Eurasian Parliaments starts today in Kazakhstan. Representatives of 59 countries and 13 international and inter-parliamentary organizations will gather at the Independence Palace in Nur Sultan. Among them is the chairman of the lower chamber of the Belarusian parliament. On the first day, Vladimir Andreichenko will hold bilateral meetings with colleagues from Moldova and Kazakhstan. This event is also a platform for promoting Belarusian peacebuilding initiatives.

The first meeting of the speakers of the Eurasian Parliaments was held three years ago in Moscow, and the subsequent meetings were hosted by Seoul and Antalya.
