Election commissions in Belarus today completed the receipt of documents from candidates for deputies who intend to run for local councils.

Today is the last day when a nominee or his representative can submit to the election commissions all the required documents for registration.
Over 5 800 district commissions have been formed, including about 64,000 people. Almost half of them are representatives of public associations.

More than 17,500 initiative groups were registered in the country. The greatest interest is traditionally observed in the capital.
