Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin will discuss the integration programs in Moscow today. This is the finishing line before the signing of the documents. A new stage of integration is coming. The expert community is discussing the Union development programs, as well as the reaction of competitors to the emergence of an even stronger economic player in the region.
Igor Petrishenko, Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus:
The agenda includes macroeconomic policy, monetary aspects, the issues of industrial, agrarian policy and customs administration, tax legislation, and two road maps on unification of social and labor aspects, the equality of rights of our citizens. The roadmap also deals with the organization of tourism, the travels of our citizens, both Belarusians and Russians. This is why we are creating a universal space so that our tourism companies and operators could provide tours for Russian citizens without any intermediaries.
