Belarus and Kazakhstan celebrate 25th anniversary of their diplomatic relations

Belarus and Kazakhstan are celebrating the 25th anniversary since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Alexander Lukashenko congratulated his counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev and the Kazakh people on this occasion.

The relations between the two countries are characterized not only by constructive political dialogue, but also by the dynamic development of the business partnership and investment cooperation. Today, both Belarus and Kazakhstan are members of the CIS and the Eurasian Economic Union. The two countries cooperate closely on the international arena, including within the framework of the UN, the OSCE, and the CSTO. The trade turnover between Belarus and Kazakhstan amounts to billions of dollars.
