The volume of grass forage harvesting in Belarus is expected to be at the level of the last year. The government held a conference call with regions on the pace of the harvesting campaign. As First Deputy Minister of Food Igor Brylo reminded, it is important to prepare livestock for wintering. Another important issue is provision of grain forage.
Special attention is paid to the preparation of livestock facilities. It is planned to finish this work till the beginning of November. The cattle is actively transferred from the fields to inwintering.
