Belarusian rescuers finish loading humanitarian supplies to Vietnam

The Belarusian humanitarian cargo will leave for Vietnam tomorrow.

Today its loading into the plane was completed. Several Vietnamese provinces were severely affected by typhoon Damri. As a result of the disaster, about 100 people died and hundreds of thousands were left homeless. About 4.5 million Vietnamese need different kinds of help. Belarusian rescuers will send to Vietnam a variety of goods, including essentials and food products worth about 330 thousand rubles. The delivery will be carried out by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The Ministry has rich experience in rendering assistance to the affected regions. Over the past 19 years, more than fifty humanitarian operations have been conducted.
