COVID-19 graduates to be exempt from exams

This was reported by the Ministry of Education today. Also, the ministry explained that there's no talk about postponing the exam campaign.  Pupils of the 9th and 11th grades will get their current marks in the certificate.  The lists of students with infection will be provided by the centers of hygiene and epidemiology to the department or education of the local executive committee.

Alexander Kadlubai, Deputy Minister of Education of Belarus: "There is no need to write applications.  This comes from the common sense, because we understand that the whole family can be self-isolated, while the transfer of applications through third parties through some Internet technologies, emails is not quite in demand and not quite possible in different regions of our country."

The Ministry of Education added that all sanitary and epidemiological requirements will be met during exams at schools.
