By Nadezhda Serbinenko: The exhibition Youth Expo in Sochi today was visited by more than 20 thousand people. The main media person of the day was the famous French writer Frederic Beigbeder.
The Belarusian delegation presented the Second European Games that will be hosted by Minsk in 2019.
Also, Belarusian delegates had a discussion with the main organizer of the festival in Sochi – Chairman of the International Organizing Committee of the World Festival of Youth and Students 2017 Nicholas Papadimitrou.
Nicholas Papadimitrou noted that the Belarusian Youth Union is an old partner and ally of the World Federation of Democratic Youth and expressed his hope that young people from Belarus will be able to help solve global problems in establishing and maintaining peace, in the solidarity of countries and their friendly relations.
The main media center of the forum is currently hosting a grand exposition of the countries participating in the festival. The stands feature latest developments in IT, the computer game industry, and air modeling.
In the coming days, an international cinema forum and a summit of young sports professionals will take place.
