The Hi-Tech Park's mandate has been expanded. The administration of the Belarusian technological hub was given the function of monitoring financial transactions in the field of tokens and cryptocurrencies. This is stipulated by Decree No. 1 and Decree No. 111, which were signed by the President. The documents are aimed at preventing money laundering, preventing the financing of terrorism and eliminating preconditions for various types of criminal activity.
In the world, digital money is already accepted as an additional means of payment. In some countries, you can pay, for example, for a communal apartment. We have money that cannot be touched until it has acquired such a status and popularity, but understanding the potential, we want this process to develop without disruption.
