A mobile video surveillance vehicle will be used for the first time in the capital, said a representative of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Minsk City Executive Committee on the website of the Belteleradiocompany during an online conference.
Nikolai Luzhinsky, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of Minsk City Executive Committee: "Using this machine will allow us to respond in a timely manner to the criminal situation in the area where mass events take place and also quickly send our officers there to respond to an incident."
