An international seminar of the World Association of Nuclear Operators, which is due to open today in Minsk, will feature about 40 experts from the Czech Republic, Finland, Russia, South Korea and Turkey. The professionals will share experiences in starting new NPP units and discuss the systems of emergency and post-emergency monitoring.
The World Association of Nuclear Operators unites all organisations in the world that operate nuclear power plants. The Belarusian NPP has joined the WANO this year.
