There is no need to panic, the military and political situation is under control of the power agencies. This was stated by the Secretary of State of the Security Council during the briefing on the military-political situation in the country and abroad.

He pointed out that the situation around our country remains really tense and tends to aggravate. However, one shouldn't panic, stressed the Secretary of State.

A week ago Alexander Lukashenko instructed to inform the public about the military-political situation in the country. Belarusians need to understand in great detail what is happening. Therefore, similar briefings will start today at the enterprises of the country.

Nikolai Buzin, Doctor of Military Sciences, Professor

“First, we have to do today is to inform the whole population about what is already happening.  Second, we should  be prepared for any possible scenarios, and third , we should put things in order in the minds of all segments of the population. The main and basic thing is the truth. Ordinary Belarusians should mind their daily business, develop their country, and everyone in their place should solve their own problems.”

While informing the representatives of the state apparatus, the defense and economy ministers, as well as the chairmen of the State Security Committee and the KGB delivered their message about what is happening in Belarus and around the country today. In particular, the head of the State Security Committee said that the turning point in the special operation in Ukraine could come in November or February. Ivan Tertel noted that this will happen if the Russian Federation performs the proper mobilization, provides its grouping with technical means and advanced weapons. Then the military operation will enter its key phase.
