Alexander Volfovich said that there are no threats coming from Belarus. On June 27, the Secretary of State of the Security Council inspected the tactical and special exercises in Borisov District.
Military, rescuers and special services practiced all kinds of emergencies: detention of subversive groups, anti-terrorist operation, elimination of heavy consequences of an air attack and blowing up an oil depot by a drone. These are by no means all of the maneuver introductions, and it is no secret that many of them are based on real-life events of the past year.
Alexander Volfovich, State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus:
The grouping of armed forces, which is in the contiguous territories of Poland and Lithuania, is increasing. It includes about 30 thousand military personnel. The Aircraft are constantly flying along the borders of Belarus. Unfortunately, today our Ukrainian neighbors are also trying to put some kind of barrier against the Republic of Belarus. And one of the elements of ensuring public security inside the country is the use and action of forces and means of the national security systems of our country.
The purpose of such maneuvers is not only to be ready for any difficult situation, but also to identify vulnerabilities between the interaction of different structures. This analysis is carried out by specialists after the end of the exercises.
