30 мая 2022
The national summer health promotion campaign started today in the national center for children Zubrenok. In total, this summer, 5,500 camps, including 1,300 with round-the-clock stay, will accommodate more than 360, 000 children.

During five summer shifts, Zubrenok will host about 7 thousand  junior holidaymakers. Vouchers began to be sold at the beginning of the year. By the way, exceptional students can receive them as encouragement for participation in national competitions and educational intensive courses.

The authorities are planning to improve the health of over 362,000  children, including about 150,000 thousand in camps with round-the-clock stay,  and more than 212,000 children in day camps. There is enough money to complete the plans.

Symbolic "tickets to summer" were handed out to representatives of all regions of Belarus. During the holidays, five projects will be realized in Zubrenok in summer. Symbolically, a lot of attention is paid to preservation of the historical truth.

Nadezhda Onufrieva, director of the National Children's Educational and Health Center "Zubrenok":

“The exhibition "The Genocide of the Belarusian People during the Great Patriotic War" has been prepared. We are supposed to have a traveling museum of the Great Patriotic War, and we also have sponsored monuments. We offer many tours to children to memorable places of battles of the Great Patriotic War.”

Mass arrivals to recreation camps in Belarus will take place in the first ten days of June. An important principle that is kept from year to year is that the vouchers must be affordable. For this purpose, nearly 57 million rubles was allocated from the national budget and the local budgets, employers and trade unions also give additional funds.
