Moscow hosting CIS Defence Ministers Council meeting

The agenda of the CIS Defence Ministers Council meeting, which is currently taking place in Moscow, includes 20 issues. Its participants are discussing the progress of the implementation of the Concept of military cooperation until 2020, a draft project of air and space defence and preparations for the International Army Games. It is also planned to outline joint activities for next year, consider measures to strengthen cooperation in monitoring and evaluating radiation, chemical and biological conditions and discuss the development of a joint air defence system.
