Voting for the election of the President of Belarus has begun in the Russian capital. Precinct No. 102 is located in the embassy of our country in Moscow. Before the opening, there was a ceremony of sealing seal the ballot box. Members of the electoral commission and international observers were present. By tradition, the head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Russia was the first to vote. According to Vladimir Semashko, today is a busy day, so he came to give his voice right to the opening.
Apart from Moscow, Belarusians can vote in two other Russian cities: St. Petersburg and Kaliningrad. That's where most of our compatriots live.
