Minsk Dialogue Forum «European Security: Stepping Back from the Brink» starts in Minsk

In just half an hour, Minsk Dialogue Forum «European Security: Stepping Back from the Brink» will officially open in the Belarusian capital. More than half a thousand experts from the EU, Russia, the USA, and China will take part in a broad discussion of  international relations and ways to ensure security on the European continent.
