Motivation in public administration, the role of digitalization and the organization of the legislative process was discussed at an international conference on the development of the civil service institution started in Minsk. The Academy of Public Administration under the President of Belarus became an experimental platform for nearly fifty participants from 20 countries, including Belgium, Poland, Romania, France and Kazakhstan. The participants will discuss approaches to the development of the civil service institution and exchange experience. The event was organized jointly with the Council of Europe and the Astana Civil Service Hub.
The personnel policy, the work of the state apparatus and the training of future managers were also discussed at the meeting of Alexander Lukashenko with the students and lecturers of the Academy of Management. More than 1000 people participated in the dialogue.
