Experts from Spain, Latvia, Poland and Romania discuss management of external migration and regulating the flow of labor from abroad.
Igor Lei, Legal Counsel of the Council of the European Union: "The issue of migration is very important for the European Union, because the flow of migrants to the EU countries has been very high in recent years and we are now trying to adequately solve these problems and provide all conditions for migrants. In order to manage these issues we are going to sign a number of agreements with several countries including Belarus.”
