World-renowned Robot Ball presented in Minsk

The interactive Robot Ball is a gathering of modern robots and the latest robotics achievements from America, Europe, South Korea and Japan. The show is headlined by the British humanoid RoboThespian who can talk, copy gestures and even read Shakespeare. Paro, a robotic baby harp seal, according to Japanese scientists, relieves stress and is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the most therapeutic robot in the world.

The exhibition features a total of 15 projects, including from such spheres as industry, show business and healthcare. The collection is also expected to be replenished by the famous Pushkin robot who in the future may become a valuable school literature teacher.

The Robot Ball will run until 19 April.
