On the first day of the event, guests will get acquainted with the Belarusian capital. Participants have already laid flowers to the monument on Victory Square. The key event of the congress – the plenary session – will take place tomorrow. There will be a grand opening, followed by two sessions – one is Challenges and Opportunities: Sovereignty, Integration, Globalization, and the other is Mass Media in the Digital Revolution.
The World Congress in Minsk will bring together more than 200 personas from the Russian-language press – publishers, journalists and Internet portal managers from 53 countries around the world.
