But for us, contemporaries, it is more comfortable than for our ancestors, because it is mechanized and technologically improved. It would seem that by getting rid of unnecessary complications, the villagers have simplified their lives. But maybe they lost somewhere in environmental friendliness and sacrificed the natural energy of grain? What was the bread produced by our great-grandparents like, are the authentic manual components of bread work still preserved today?
