Some allowances and scholarships to grow in Belarus on January 1

Due to a change in the base value some allowances and scholarships will grow in Belarus on January 1. According to the decision of the Council of Ministers, it will be 25.5 rubles. The size of taxes, fees, fines and other payments depend on the base value. Last time it changed on January 1, 2018.
